MetroPlusHealth has several easy options for you.

Online

Set up Recurring Payments and View Your Payment History Online

If you are an existing member with a Member ID Card, you can make your monthly payment online through the MetroPlusHealth Member Portal using a Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card. We’ve partnered with InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, to provide full-service online payment options that are secure and efficient. You can manage your account, pay your invoice, set up autopay, and view your online payment history.

Sign in or register your account on the Member Portal to get started.

First Time Payment

If you recently enrolled in a MetroPlusHealth Marketplace plan directly with us or through the New York State of Health, please use the first-time payment option. Once you receive your Member ID Card, you can register for autopay and view invoices online through the Member Portal.

One-Time Payment

If you are an existing member (QHP, Child Health Plus, MLTC, or MAP) and would like to make a one-time payment without signing in online, please use Invoice Payment option to pay your invoice. You will need your Billing Account number and 5-digit zip code shown on your invoice.

If you prefer to pay by mail, please include a copy of your invoice or an account number to the address below:

Please Note:

  1. Please allow 2 business days for account balance to update.
  2. Late payment does not guarantee coverage or reinstatement.
  3. If you transfer to another line of business or policy, you will be issued a new account number for that line of business or policy.
  4. Be sure to use the correct account number when making your payment. If you have more than one account, please make separate payments for each account number.
  5. If you set up recurring payments, the amount automatically deducted may be different than the account balance displayed on your latest statement because 1) the minimum payment due is deducted or 2) there was subsequent payment or refund activity.
