Effective June 2017, MetroPlus Health Plan has issues new 15-digit account numbers to our members*.
You should see your new account number on your June invoice statement. Any balance on current account numbers will be transferred automatically to the new account numbers. Please carefully review your June invoice statement with your new account number.
Why are we making this change?
This 15-digit account number will give you more ways to pay your premium -- more quickly, more conveniently, and even more securely than before.
What do you need to do?
- Just note the new 15-digit account number on your June invoice statement.
- If you have set up scheduled or recurring payments, please update your account number immediately to reflect the new 15-digit account number.
- For all future payments - please make sure to reference the new account number.
*This excludes Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) members.
