ATTENTION MEDICARE MEMBERS - Satisfaction Survey Information

At MetroPlus Health Plan, we care for over half a million New Yorkers, including thousands of Medicare members like you. We are working hard to keep you strong and healthy - and want to keep improving so we can serve you best.
 
We made our Medicare services better for you in 2016, including:
  • Reaching out to you to hear your story and listen to your ideas, so we can learn what you love most about us and where we can improve
  • Putting our dedicated care team in the community with you
  • Finding the best ways to lessen your appointment wait time
  • Doing more community wellness events and health fairs to bring services like eye screening for diabetes, flu shots and more - directly to you
  • Creating a Medicare Quality team to make sure you have quick access to the care you need
This year, the Medicare Consumer Satisfaction Survey will take place from March through June 2017. Surveys have gone out in the mail and you may be receiving one soon.

We want to give you the best care and experience. Your satisfaction as our member is deeply important to us. Please take the time to answer the Satisfaction Survey by mail or telephone.
