Family Health Plus offers benefits such as:

When you enroll in MetroPlus Family Health Plus, you have a choice of at least three PCPs. If you want to continue to see your current doctor, make sure that your doctor is in the MetroPlus network.
Note: If you have employer–sponsored health insurance available, you may be eligible for help to pay for premiums, deductibles, coinsurance and co-payments through the Family Health Plus Premium Assistance program.
