If you are Medicare eligible and live in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or the Bronx, you may be eligible to join one of our plans.

Explore MetroPlus Medicare Advantage Plans

MetroPlus Advantage Plan (HMO SNP) is a dual eligible Special Needs Plan designed for those Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the MetroPlus service area, are eligible for Medicare Parts A and B and receive assistance from New York State Medicaid.

MetroPlus Select Plan (HMO SNP) is a Medicaid Advantage dual eligible Special Needs Plan designed for those Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the MetroPlus service area and are eligible for Medicare Parts A and B and for NY State Full Medicaid.

MetroPlus Medicare Partnership in Care Plan (HMO SNP) is a chronic Special Needs Plan designed for Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the MetroPlus service area, are eligible for Medicare Parts A and B and who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

MetroPlus Platinum Plan (HMO) is a plan designed for those Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the MetroPlus service area and are eligible for Medicare Parts A and B. This plan has a low premium. Medicare beneficiaries who may not qualify for Extra Help for Part D may like this plan.
