Our website is designed to allow secured access to information that hospitals need to provide a high standard
of care. While here, you will be able to verify Member eligibility, check on a claim or authorization
status, and accomplish many other important things.
Because our Members' privacy is so important to us, this Internet site is secured and requires a user
logon and password to access Member data. In addition, MetroPlus may keep track of the Member data viewed
by Facility Administrators. MetroPlus Health Plan will not share any information about our site visitors
with any entity other than those disclosures required by law or the Plan's contracts with New York City and State.
To use the secure features of this site (member eligibility, rosters, reporting, etc...) you must be a MetroPlus Health Plan
participating provider and you must register.
